Tiered tray Halloween decor fun

Well I've been back at it in the studio. Now I am making fall/Halloween goodies. Oh how I cannot wait for fall this year.  Actually cant wait for this year to just be over to be honest. LOL So here is what I got listed over in my etsy shop thus far, but don't you worry more goodies are on the way!

Fun making wood Risers

Oh my word y'all, I have found a new craft addition.  I have been making wood risers for my etsy shop and let me tell you how much fun these are to create. These are great to add to your styling trays to add a little height to your trays or to sit out on a table and add item's on top.  Think how cute these will be at Christmas time with a mini tree on it!

 They are a perfect addition to a shelf, coffee bar, counter top, table grouping, or hutch!

They would also be absolutely perfect for a wedding. Could be part of a table centerpiece - used to elevate your flowers or candles or for a picture display. 

 Each Stand is handcrafted and as such each will vary slightly as the lumber used varies every time. These are made with wood so there will be variations in grain and knots, no attempt is made to cover up the natural beauty of the wood used.

Christmas crafting is in full swing

Hey everyone!

So, I don't know about you, but as a crafter, this is the most busiest time of year.  I mean, I am in full swing on doing my Christmas crafts for my etsy shop.  I always say I am going to be ahead this year, but in true Gena fashion, always late. LOL

Here are few new goodies I created and listed today.

The scent of Fall

I love fall. I love everything about it. How about you?

I especially love fall scents and it has taken me a while, but I think I have created the perfect scent to represent fall. At least, for me anyhow.

If you love fall scents as much as I, then I invite you to wrap yourself in the smell of autumn air with my vibrant special blend of fragrance oils in the scent that I call Cornucopia. I have searched high and low for the perfect fall scent to use and this one has so many wonderful tones that each person smells something different.

Bountiful with crisp apples, cranberry,  orange, plum, grapes, nuts, and hints of caramel, and spice this fragrance is perfect for fall or for those like me that just like this scent year round.) It's really like a fall country store kind of scent that I mastered.

 This fall fragrance is an ideal alternative to the traditional apple and pumpkin scents that I hope you will love.

 This is my specially blended Mixture of dried putka pods (these pods look just like mini pumpkins), flower pods,nut pods, and other botanicals along with rosehips, Cinnamon Sticks and chips, mini Pine Cones, Star Anise, Allspice and crushed corn cobs, dried orange peels, acorn tops and fragrance beads which is the best fixative for absorbing oils, all mixed in to make my very own blend of this chunky Hips-n-pods.

Next up in the same scent 

Cornucopia refresher oil 1/2oz for potpourri or wax melts - Fall Fragrance Oil

Halloween is a coming!

Have you started decorating for Halloween yet? 🎃 I try to wait for October 1, and with temps in it the mid to upper 90’s in GA this past week, it makes it hard to even think about fall. 🍁 I’m told it’s around the corner, though! 👻

Kitchen Decor | Farmhouse Kitchen | Wood sign | Wood Farmhouse Sign

I've been busy at it again making a couple new wood signs. 

All of my pieces are individually hand painted and hand lettered by me. I sketch and paint directly on each item, no decals, no machine stamped anything. I hand craft each treasure with care and attention to detail and no two pieces are ever the same. Maybe close, but due to the hand painted nature, not exact. If you like the look a VINYL decal gives with crisp straight lines, then this may not be for you as it is hand painted to give it that more rustic look.
